Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals National Partners Help Hurley Children’s Hospital with Summer Campaigns
Several Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN) partners are participating in summer campaigns to raise funds for Hurley Children’s Hospital again this year.
Founded in 1983, CMN is a nonprofit organization that raises funds to support children’s hospitals across the nation, including Hurley Children’s Hospital. When donating to CMN through fundraising campaigns, the money raised goes directly to hospitals in the network; local dollars go directly to help local children. To date, the funding from these CMN partners has provided the financial means to support specialized care for children from all throughout mid-Michigan and the thumb.
Funds raised by CMN partners have supported numerous projects at Hurley Children’s, and have made an immeasurable impact on families like the Edwards’ pictured below.
Throughout the summer, several companies with stores throughout the state will participate in fundraising campaigns benefitting Hurley Children’s Hospital:
- Now through July 9, donate at the register at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet
- Through July 10, donate at registers or online grocery orders at Walmart and Sam’s Club
- On July 28, participating Dairy Queen locations will host Miracle Treat Day, during which a portion of the proceeds from every Blizzard sold will come back to help Hurley kids
- During the month of August, donate at registers at JOANN Fabric and Craft Stores
- From Aug. 5-7: purchase a special CMN bucket at participating Ace Hardware locations for a $5 donation and get 20% off your purchase
- Donations can also be made any time you visit our friends at Speedway or Panda Express
